FAQs

UI/UX Design questions answered.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design decides how a product works: the research, structure, user flows and interactions that help people complete tasks. UI design decides how it looks: layout, typography, colour and components. Good products need both, and we handle them together so structure and visuals support each other.

How much does a UI/UX design project cost?

Cost depends on the number of screens and flows, the depth of research, and whether a design system and prototype are included. A focused redesign of a few key journeys costs less than a full product design. We scope after discovery and quote against defined deliverables.

What deliverables do I receive?

Typically user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, an interactive prototype, a design system of reusable components, responsive layouts and developer-ready files with specifications. The exact set is agreed up front so there are no surprises at handoff.

Do you do user research and usability testing?

Yes. We combine stakeholder interviews, competitor review and user feedback to define needs, then test prototypes with real users to find friction before development. Research depth is scaled to your timeline and budget.

Can you redesign an existing product without disrupting users?

Yes. We audit the current experience, identify the highest-impact problems and redesign in stages where possible, so users see steady improvements rather than a sudden change. Analytics and feedback guide which journeys to fix first.

Will the designs be ready for developers?

Yes. Files are organised with components, spacing, states and specifications so developers can build accurately. We also work alongside your engineers, or our own team, to answer questions during implementation.
